President William Ruto is set to host Finland’s President Alexander Stubb at State House today for official talks. Stubb, accompanied by his wife Suzanne Innes-Stubb and senior officials from his government, arrived in Kenya on Monday for a three-day state visit.
The visit marks 60 years of diplomatic ties between Kenya and Finland. Discussions will centre on strengthening bilateral relations, addressing global challenges affecting Africa and Europe, and reinforcing multilateral cooperation. The meeting will be followed by a wreath-laying ceremony at Uhuru Gardens and a state banquet in the evening hosted by President Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto.
