National Assembly Defence Committee Chair Nelson Koech on Monday hosted a high-level Chinese delegation led by Ambassador Guo Haiyan, alongside top political officers from the Chinese embassy.
The talks, held in Nairobi, emphasized strengthening the strategic partnership between Kenya and China, with a focus on infrastructure, trade, education, security, and cultural exchanges. Koech praised China’s ongoing role in Kenya’s development and emphasized Kenya’s dedication to a fair and transparent partnership that upholds national sovereignty and benefits citizens.
