Night Guard Killed in Petrol Station Robbery

A 50-year-old night guard, Abdi Khan, was killed by masked thugs during a robbery at a petrol station in Hagadera, Dadaab. The gang of three attacked him with a blunt object, causing fatal head injuries.

The assailants then broke into the manager’s room, tied him up, and stole Sh60,000 before escaping. The manager later raised an alarm, leading to the discovery of the guard’s body.

Police are investigating the murder and searching for the suspects. Meanwhile, in Menengai, Nakuru, a 27-year-old man died from stab wounds after a fight, with authorities pursuing the attacker.
