Nairobi Water Company Resumes Normal Banking Services

The Nairobi Water Company has announced the resumption of normal banking services at its Central Business District Business Centre, located in the Cameo Building along Kenyatta Avenue.

In a notice dated July 16, the company expressed gratitude to its customers for their patience during the service interruption. “Nairobi Water Company would like to inform its esteemed customers of the resumption of banking services. We thank you for your indulgence during the period of interruption,” the statement reads.

During the downtime, customers were advised to utilize alternative Pay Points to settle outstanding balances. The company confirmed that payment options at these Pay Points will continue.
