A family in Adungosi, Teso, Busia County is in mourning after their one-and-a-half-year-old son drowned in a 25-foot well on May 12, 2025. The child was playing with his siblings when he accidentally fell into the uncovered well. Despite a swift response from the parents who were nearby, the boy could not be rescued in time.
