Casket makers, hearse operators, caterers, and media houses benefit from the industry, with some entrepreneurs earning up to Sh200,000 monthly. However, rising production costs, taxation, and economic hardships are pushing families to seek cheaper burial alternatives.
Despite challenges, funeral service providers continue to innovate, offering cost-effective solutions as demand for dignified send-offs remains strong.
