The family of three victims found dead in Nairobi is calling for justice after their tragic disappearance on October 21. The bodies of the three—two sisters, aged 11 and 22, and their mother—were discovered in separate locations: Bahati, Parklands, and Machakos.
The two girls, Amina Abdirashid Dahir and Nusuiba Dahir, left home around 5:30 PM to search for their mother, who had not returned from a skin treatment appointment in Eastleigh. CCTV footage showed them making a phone call before getting into a car, which was the last time they were seen alive. The following morning, their bodies were found in Parklands and Bahati, while their mother’s body was discovered in a bush in Machakos.
Police believe the three killings may be linked, and a homicide team is leading the investigation. Nairobi police commander Adamson Bungei confirmed detectives are working to uncover the motive behind the murders.
