An autopsy on Briton Campbell Scott’s body yielded inconclusive results, as minor soft tissue injuries were not fatal. Pathologists collected samples for further tests at the government chemist.
Scott, 58, went missing from his Nairobi hotel on February 17, and his body was found in a sack in Makongo Forest, Makueni, on February 22. Investigators suspect he was held in Pipeline, Nairobi, before being killed and transported. Police believe the killers, likely after his money, are hiding in Mombasa.
Two suspects, including a Westlands club waiter and a taxi driver, have been arrested. Detectives are analyzing CCTV footage and call records to trace those involved.
