Superior Homes Kenya has launched a new real estate venture, Kanzi Springs, in Kiambu County, marking a significant expansion from its previous 163-acre Greenpark Estate. This new development covers 60 acres and is part of a larger 300-acre master plan featuring fully serviced plots.
Located just 12 kilometers off the Thika Superhighway near Kimbo, and accessible via Kiganjo Road from Ruiru town, Kanzi Springs represents the company’s first project in Kiambu County. The project follows the successful model of the Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Machakos County.
Shiv Arora, CEO of Superior Homes Kenya, emphasized the value of real estate investment and the community features of Kanzi Springs. Managing Director Ian Henderson highlighted that the project is a precursor to further expansions in the region.
Established in 2004, Superior Homes Kenya, a family-owned company, is known for introducing the open-plan gated community concept in the area. The company will celebrate its 20th anniversary on August 4.
Other notable developments by the company include Fadhili Care, Greenpark Sundowner, Pazuri at Vipingo in Kilifi County, Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge in Nakuru County, and Lukenya Wildlife Estate in Machakos County.
