As of June 30, 2024, mobile data subscriptions in Kenya totaled 38,477,030, with a notable increase across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. There are 8.35 million 3G subscriptions, 29.39 million for 4G, and 739,020 for the emerging 5G technology. Data consumption was highest among 4G users at 380.15 million GB, followed by 3G at 61.34 million GB, and 5G at 6.66 million GB. Overall, mobile data usage in Kenya reached 448.15 million GB, reflecting strong demand.
