Kenya Power has scheduled power interruptions for Thursday across six counties: Nairobi, Kisii, Kiambu, Kilifi, Kirinyaga, and Embu.
In Nairobi, parts of Pangani including Guru Nanak Hospital, Pangani Girls, and KICD HQ will face outages from 9am to 5pm.
Kisii County areas such as Nyamache Tea Factory, Igare, and Kiobegi will also be affected.
In Kirinyaga, Kagio Town and Kandongu are among areas set for outages.
Embu County will see power cuts in Gatondo and Maramuri.
Kiambu’s Kamiti area including Kamwangi Market and Igegania Hospital will experience disruptions.
Kilifi areas like Kokotoni, Mtwapa, and Kanamai—including industries like Milly Fruits and Mombasa Apparel—will also be without electricity.
The interruptions are scheduled to last from 9am to 5pm in most areas.
