Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has marked 100 days in office, taking on key responsibilities to support President William Ruto’s administration. He has been instrumental in crisis management, county consultative forums, and international representation.
Kindiki has engaged MPs, governors, and sector players, resolving disputes such as the doctors’ strike and Social Health Insurance Fund concerns. His leadership in government delivery has earned him the nickname “President’s Mr. Fix It.”
He is also overseeing key projects, including the Dongo Kundu SEZ, and restructuring governance to improve efficiency, allowing Ruto to focus on broader national leadership.
