The vetting process for Cabinet Secretary nominees has continued into its second day at Parliament.
Andrew Karanja, the nominee for Agriculture, was the first to undergo questioning by the Committee on Appointments. He arrived at the Mini Chamber, County Hall, Parliament Buildings shortly before 8 a.m.
Following him, Aden Duale, the nominee for Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry, appeared for his vetting. This marks Duale’s second attempt to join the Cabinet, having previously served as CS for Defence.
