Ne-Yo performs in Nairobi on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 (Mashujaa Day), at the Ulinzi Sports Complex in Lang’ata, from 3pm to 11pm. As of Monday, October 19, the organisers’ ticketing page listed only the KSh 15,000 Gold ticket as still available.

The American R&B star headlines “One Night Only: Brunch Edition,” his first Kenyan headline show in 11 years. Sol & The Gang are listed as the supporting act.

  • Time: 3pm to 11pm
  • Venue: Ulinzi Sports Complex (Ulinzi Grounds), Lang’ata, Nairobi

How much are Ne-Yo concert tickets in Nairobi?

Prices on the Ticketyetu listing ran from KSh 7,500 to KSh 320,000, but most tiers had sold out by October 19.

Ticket Price (KSh) Status on Oct 19
Early Bird Gold 7,500 Sold out
Wave 2 Gold 10,000 Sold out
Gold 15,000 Available
Gold couple/friends package (2 tickets) 20,000 Sold out
Platinum (Green Area), single seat 40,000 Sold out
Platinum 4-seater table 160,000 Sold out
Platinum 8-seater table 320,000 Sold out

Availability changes quickly. An earlier report by the Rio Times, published on September 30, listed the Platinum tables as still on sale; the live ticketing page showed them sold out. Check Ticketyetu before travelling. Whether tickets will be sold at the gate has not been announced.

Why is this Ne-Yo’s first Kenya headline show in 11 years?

His last visit to Kenya was in August 2015, when he appeared in connection with Coke Studio Africa’s third season, according to a report carried by allAfrica from The New Times. This year’s edition of the One Night Only series departs from earlier night-time formats and runs as a daytime brunch concert celebrating Mashujaa Day. Earlier editions in the series featured artists including Kenny G at KICC last year and, in June, Bien, Ali Kiba, Karyn White and Kirk Whalum, according to KBC.

The Nairobi date is part of a short African run that also includes Cape Town on October 17 and Pretoria on October 18.

How do you get to Ulinzi Sports Complex?

The complex sits inside the Lang’ata Barracks area south-west of the city centre, near Wilson Airport and Nairobi National Park. It is run by the Kenya Defence Forces. Lang’ata Road is the main link from the city centre.

Organisers had not published parking, shuttle or bag-policy details at the time of writing. Because the venue is a military facility, attendees should expect security checks and carry a national ID, as with other events held there. With a public holiday crowd, ride-hailing pickups near the venue are likely to be busy late in the evening.

What time will Ne-Yo go on stage?

Not announced. Doors and programme run from 3pm to 11pm, and no set times for Ne-Yo or Sol & The Gang had been published by October 19. KBC reported that fans can expect hits such as “Sexy Back” and “Because of You,” plus songs from the album Highway 79.
